As a Lead Developer, you will manage your own projects and play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of the development team. This position offers a pathway to becoming a Principal Developer, where you will influence the technical direction of the company.

The Role

  • Manage and deliver your own development projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Support and guide other developers to improve team efficiency and productivity.

  • Engage in regular stand-up meetings to discuss project progress and address any blockers.

  • Utilise tools such as Macs, VS Code, Composer, and Node in your daily work.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.

The Person

  • Full stack development experience with a strong grasp of JavaScript and Node.

  • Outgoing and communicative, providing regular updates and addressing issues openly.

  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Ideally holds a bachelor's degree and has experience working in a developer role.

  • Comfortable with hybrid work and able to attend occasional meetings in Bristol.
